Concerning 1:1 ATC Rating Transfers from IVAO
The VATSIM Middle East's goal is to become the largest, most comprehensive and professional ATC Simulation Organization on the VATSIM Network, and in the world. Our goal is to unite the Middle Eastern Aviation Community online and to promote the utmost professionalism, prestige, and coordination. This necessarily requires working with individuals from various Middle Eastern Nations, bringing them together and consolidating our knowledge base so as to better serve our community. The 1:1 ATC Rating Transfer from IVAO, authorized by the VATSIM Africa & Middle East Regional Director, is the most comprehensive step ever taken by VATME to achieve this goal.
The Increased Realism, Professionalism, and Dedication of the VATSIM Middle Eastern Division makes us the primary location for some of the best real world air traffic controllers in the Middle East. The Minister of Transportation of The Hashimite Kingdom of Jordan informally recognized the work that VATJO (VATSIM Jordanian FIR) has been doing, and such steps taken by the Royal Jordanian Gliding Club have been motivational at the very least. Moreover, the VATSIM Egyptian FIR (VATEG), in working with local nonprofit organizations, is in the process of setting up a VATSIM Simulation Centre where all aspects of Flight Simulation and VATSIM will be made available to members of the general public.

Below is the 1:1 ATC Transfer chart. Please note that a basic competency check for both the Position in question and Software (VRC or Euroscope) will need to be done. This does not take much time at all, and is very basic. Any rated IVAO controller will be able to meet and surpass the basic divisional requirements for the 1:1 ATC Transfer. VATME Gives out C3s only to the very best of the best, and to achieve a C3 requires hard work, dedication, contribution, and the showing of loyalty to ATC Services in the division at a level above and beyond that of the average controller.
